You can return your order within 14 days of receipt. To arrange a return and refund please use the RMA form that you can download here: hier downloaden. We will refund the purchase amount within 14 days after receiving and inspecting the returned goods. Shipping costs to return an order are payable by the customer.

Due to the nature of the UCAN products we will only refund those goods of which the packaging has remained intact and sealed. Products of which the packaging has been opened will not be refunded.
